Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on business days may begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@vellamoda.com with your order number so our team can assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Vella Moda is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.
