You can start your return or exchange through your account here:
Once your request is submitted, our team will review it and email you a return label with next steps.
Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be shipped back within this timeframe
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Original tags must still be attached
- Returned in original condition
All returns are inspected once received.
Return Shipping
Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.
- The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund
- This allows for a smooth and hassle-free return process
Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, we recommend selecting an exchange when available. It is often the fastest way to get what you want.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing
- Any applicable return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund
Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Clearance items
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Items returned without original tags
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us right away at Support@VellaModa.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right.
